摘 要:随着武器装备信息化程度提升,战场电磁环境日益复杂,新的威胁挑战要求传统电子战需具备认知能力,以更快完成OODA循环。文中分析了认知电子战的概念内涵和系统结构,对美军认知电子战典型项目进行梳理,总结出需求分析精准、合作机制高效、技术架构开放三个发展特点,从协同智能、低功率零功率干扰、对抗组网信息系统、促进认知电子防御发展四个方面对发展趋势进行了展望,最后阐述了对抗强敌和自身发展两方面的启示。With the improvement of the informatization of weapons and equipment,the electromagnetic environment in the battlefield is becoming increasingly complex,however,the new threat and challenges require traditional electronic warfare to have the cognitive ability to complete the OODA loop faster.First-ly,the concept connotation and system structure of cognitive electronic warfare are analyzed,and the typ-ical projects are analyzed.Secondly,three development characteristics are summarized as accurate demand analysis,efficient cooperation mechanism,and open technology architecture.Then,the develop-ment trend is prospected from four aspects:cooperative intelligence,low power zero power interference,countering networking information system,and promoting the development of cognitive electronic defense.Finally,the enlightenment from the two aspects of confronting strong enemies and self-development is ex-pounded.
