Research On The U.S.Cyber Command’s Latest Development and Trends

摘　　要：美网络司令部司令保罗·中曾根在第117届国会参、众两院军事委员会证词中,称网络司令部总体目标是在更广泛伙伴关系、世界级人才协作和联合网络作战架构支撑下,打造一个准备就绪、能力强大的网络司令部,为国家防御提供灵活选项、遂行各种作战行动,以应对难以预见的挑战。本文介绍了网络司令部的最新发展动向,包括推进信息战部队建设、强化关键基础设施网络安全防护、加快联合网络作战架构研发部署等,在此基础上研判网络司令部未来发展趋势。形成的研究成果将对我网络空间安全领域发展提供支持。In testimony before the 117th Congressional Senate and House Armed Services Committees,U.S.Cyber Command Commander Paul Nakasone stated that Cyber Command's overall goal is to build a Command that is ready and capable at providing options and conducting operations in defense of the nation with wider partnerships and world-class talent,all linked through the Joint Cyber Warfighting Ar-chitecture,to meet the unprecedented challenge.This article analyze the latest development trends of U.S.Cyber Command,including the promotion of the construction of information warfare forces,strengthe-ning critical infrastructure cyber security,and accelerating the research and development of Joint Cyber Warfighting Architecture,etc.On this basis,we analyze the future development trend of the Cyber Com-mand.The research results formed will provide support for the development of our cyber security research.
