摘　　要：随着老年人口、失能与半失能老人、失智老人总数不断上升,传统的养老服务已无法满足不同层次老人对医疗服务的需求。医养结合作为推进健康国家建设的重要举措之一,社会各界给予了很大关注,学界也开展了一系列探讨与研究。本文利用CiteSpace可视化分析软件对作者、主题词和关键词进行共现分析,梳理出医养结合研究领域的现状、热点以及权威研究机构和作者的代表性观点,挖掘了未来医养结合的研究趋势,以期为更多学者提供创新性研究思路。With the increasing number of the elderly,disabled and semi-disabled elderly,and the elderly with dementia,traditional elderly care services can no longer meet the needs of the elderly at different levels for medical services.As one of the important measures to promote the construction of a healthy country,the combination of medical and nursing care has been given great attention by all sectors of society,and a series of discussions and studies have been carried out by the academic community.This paper uses Citespace visual analysis software to analyze the co-occurrence of authors,subject words and keywords,sort out the current situation,hotspots,and representative views of authoritative research institutions and authors in the field of the integration of medicine and nursing,and explore the future research trends of the integration of medicine and nursing,with a view to providing more innovative research ideas for scholars.
