摘 要:以蚕丝织物作为基材,先用聚多巴胺(PDA)修饰,然后置于氯化亚铁溶液中浸润5 min以吸附Fe^(2+),再用碱性硼氢化钾溶液还原而得到具有催化活性的铁单质,最后进行化学镀Cu和Ni。以化学镀铜的沉积速率为指标,通过正交试验得到较优的活化工艺条件为:氯化亚铁质量浓度45 g/L,硼氢化钾质量浓度5 g/L,温度30℃,时间10 min。以此工艺对化学镀铜后的蚕丝织物进行活化再化学镀镍,可在蚕丝织物表面获得均匀致密的Cu/Ni双层金属镀层。该镀层结合力良好,方块电阻较低,在低频区间(0.5~1.5 GHz)和高频区间(1.5~18.0 GHz)的电磁屏蔽效能分别可达76 dB和90 dB,满足军用要求。Electroless plating of copper and nickel was conducted with silk fabric as substrate through the following process:(a) modification with polydopamine(PDA);(b) immersion in ferrous chloride solution for 5 min to adsorb Fe^(2+);(c) reduction with alkaline potassium borohydride solution to form metallic iron catalysts;and(d) electroless Cu/Ni plating.The operation conditions of activation were optimized by evaluating the deposition rate of electroless copper plating in orthogonal test as follows:mass concentration of ferrous chloride 45 g/L,mass concentration of potassium borohydride 5 g/L,temperature 30 ℃,and time 10 min.A uniform and compact Cu/Ni double-layer coating could be obtained by activating the copper coating electrolessly plated on the surface of silk fabric under the said conditions followed by electroless nickel plating.The Cu/Ni coating had good adhesion and low sheet resistance,and its electromagnetic shielding effectiveness reached 76 dB in low frequency band(0.5-1.5 GHz) and 90 dB in high frequency band(1.5-18.0 GHz),meeting the requirements of military applications.
