摘  要:结合电刷镀技术和电接触强化技术在球墨铸铁表面获得厚度为1.6 mm的厚镍镀层,为零件的大尺寸修复提供一种可行的方法。重点考察了弱活化时间对镀层增厚的影响。结果表明,弱活化时间过短或过长都不利于电刷镀得到厚镍镀层。当弱活化时间为2.5 min时,基体表面状态良好,能够通过电刷镀得到完整、结合良好的厚镍镀层,且该镀层在电接触强化过程中没有发生起皮、剥落现象,具有良好的电接触强化适应性。A nickel coating with a thickness of 1.6 mm was obtained by combination of electro-brush plating and electrical contact strengthening technologies,providing a feasible method for large-scale repair of parts.The effect of slight activation time on the thickening of nickel coating was studied.The results showed that it’s hard to form a thick nickel coating if the slight activation time is too short or too long before electro-brush plating.The ductile iron showed a good surface state after slight activation for 2.5 min,and a compact and well-adhered thick nickel coating was obtained thereon by electro-brush plating.No peeling or stripping defect appeared on the coating during the electrical contact strengthening process,indicating that the nickel coating has good adaptability to electrical contact strengthening.
