摘  要:某批次换热管在镀锡后出现发黑故障,用扫描电镜分析故障部位后发现该处不锈钢毛细管存在裂纹。电镀过程中溶液从破损部位渗入毛细管,电镀后再渗出就会对镀层和基体造成腐蚀,从而引起发黑故障。对不锈钢毛细管进行通气筛查,剔除有破损的毛细管后,发黑故障不再出现。Blackening defect occurred on surface of heat exchange tube after tin plating.It was found that there were some cracks at the blackened area when observing the stainless steel capillary by using scanning electron microscope.Some solution permeated through the cracks into the capillary during plating process and seeped out later,leading to the corrosion of tin coating and substrate,the blackening phenomenon,that is.The failure was solved through picking out the broken capillaries by leak detection.
