摘 要:采用扫描电镜(SEM)、扫描探针显微镜(SPM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析了热浸镀Zn5.5Al2.5Mg合金镀层的微观结构和成分,并通过Pandat软件分析了Zn5.5Al2.5Mg镀层凝固过程中各相变点和相组成。结果表明,Zn5.5Al2.5Mg合金镀层由两种雪花状组织、嵌套型六边形组织及片层状三元共晶组织构成。The microstructure and composition of hot-dip Zn5.5Al2.5Mg alloy coating were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),scanning probe microscopy(SPM),and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The phase transformation and fractions of different phases during the solidification of Zn5.5Al2.5Mg alloy coating were analyzed by using the Pandat software.The results showed that the Zn5.5Al2.5Mg alloy coating consists of two types of snowflake-like structures,nested hexagonal structure,and lamellar ternary eutectic structure.
