摘  要:探究了2.5D机织复合材料与平纹层合板的弯曲及层间剪切性能。2.5D织物采用6层浅交直联组织,二维织物采用平纹组织,使用玻璃纤维进行织造,通过真空辅助树脂传输成型工艺进行复合材料的制备,研究其弯曲及层间剪切性能。结果发现:2.5D机织复合材料与平纹层合板的纬向试样弯曲强度及弯曲弹性模量均大于经向试样;2.5D机织复合材料纬向弯曲性能优于平纹层合板;2.5D机织复合材料在层间剪切试验时不发生分层现象;平纹层合板随着应力的增大产生层间破坏。2.5D机织复合材料在其厚度方向性能增强的同时接结纱方向的性能下降,织物中经纬纱的屈曲状态以及织造过程中经纬纱的受损程度对复合材料的力学性能影响显著。The bending and interlaminar shear properties of 2.5D woven composite with plain laminate are investigated.The 2.5D fabric is selected from six-layer shallow cross-linked direct-linked tissue,the 2D fabric is selected from plain tissue,and the glass fiber is used for weaving of two fabrics.The composites are prepared by vacuum-assisted resin transfer molding process.It is found that the bending strength and bending modulus of the weft specimens of 2.5D woven composite and plain laminate are greater than those of the warp specimens.2.5D woven composite has better bending performance in the weft direction than plain laminate.2.5D woven composite dose not delaminate during the interlaminar shear test.The Plain laminate is damaged with the increase of stress between the plies.In addition,the 2.5D woven composites enhance their properties in the thickness direction at the expense of their properties in the joint yarn direction.The flexural state of the warp and weft yarns in the fabric and the degree of damage to the warp and weft yarns during the weaving process have significant effects on the mechanical properties of the composites.
