摘 要:探讨了丝素蛋白/壳聚糖微球的制备与结构及其对棉织物的功能整理与性能表征。测试结果表明,在丝素蛋白/壳聚糖微球制备过程中,丝素蛋白与壳聚糖未发生反应,保持了各自的特性。选用丝素蛋白与壳聚糖质量比为2∶1制备的丝素蛋白/壳聚糖微球对棉织物进行整理。结果显示:丝素蛋白/壳聚糖微球对棉织物的优化工艺为整理剂质量浓度30 mg/mL、焙烘温度90℃、焙烘时间4~5 min;在此工艺条件下,整理后棉织物经水洗,其抗紫外线性能、断裂强力与回潮率均有不同程度的上升,折皱回复角与光滑度则有不同程度的下降;生物毒性前4 d低于未整理棉织物,4 d后高于未整理棉织物,7 d后细胞活性仍高于0.8。分析认为:使用丝素蛋白/壳聚糖微球对棉织物进行功能整理具有可行性。The preparation and structure of silk fibroin/chitosan microsphere and the functional finishing and properties characterization of cotton fabrics are discussed.The results show that silk fibroin does not react with chitosan during silk fibroin/chitosan microsphere preparation and the respective properties are maintained.The filin protein/chitosan pellet prepared with the mass ratio of filin protein and chitosan of 2∶1 is used to finish the cotton fabrics.The datas show that the optimal process of cotton fabrics finished by silk fibroin/chitosan microspheres is 30 mg/mL,the curing temperature is 90℃,and the curing time is 4~5 min.Under the above process,the silk fibroin/chitosan microspheres finishing of cotton fabrics after washing,still evenly coated with a layer of the silk fibroin/chitosan microspheres,the anti-ultraviolet finishing of cotton fabrics after washing,breaking strength and moisture regain are all increased in the varying degree and crease recovery angle and smoothness are both decreased in varying degrees.The biotoxicity is lower in the first 4 days and higher in the second 4 days comparing with cotton fabric before silk fibroin/chitosan microspheres finishing and the cell activity of cotton fabric before and after silk fibroin/chitosan microspheres finishing are both still higher than 0.8 after 7 days.It is concluded that silk fibroin/chitosan microspheres have excellent feasibility for functional finishing of cotton fabric.
