摘  要:以三聚氯氰和2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇为原料合成了三嗪类N-卤胺化合物(MPT),并对其红外光谱、核磁共振进行表征;通过“喷涂-烘干”工艺整理聚乳酸无纺布,构筑一层具有抗菌性的薄膜。对抗菌无纺布的表面形貌、接触角、过滤效率、透气性等性能进行表征,研究合成单体比例与反应浓度对聚乳酸无纺布氯含量的影响,最后测试了无纺布对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的抗菌性能。结果表明:聚乳酸无纺布的抗菌性能优异,5 min内能杀死100%的金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌;亲水性明显提高;过滤效率和透气性不受影响。Triazine N-halamine compounds(MPT)are synthesized by using cyanuric chloride and 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidinol as raw materials,and characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance of MPT.The polylactic acid nonwoven fabric is modified with MPT by“spraying-drying”process to build a layer of antibacterial film on the polylactic acid nonwoven surface.The surface morphology,contact angle,filtration efficiency,air permeability of the antibacterial nonwoven fabric are characterized.The effect of the proportion of synthetic monomers and reaction concentration on the chlorine content of the polylactic acid nonwoven fabric is studied.Finally,the antibacterial property of the nonwoven fabric against S.aureus and E.coli is tested.The results show that the polylactic acid nonwoven fabric has excellent antibacterial property,and could kill 100%of S.aureus and E.coli within 5 min.The hydrophilicity is significantly improved,and the filtration efficiency and air permeability are not affected.
