摘　　要：探讨了纯大麻纱线与大麻织物的丝光工艺。研究了氢氧化钠质量浓度、丝光时间、丝光温度对大麻纱线断裂强度、线密度、丝光钡值的影响,并拟定出最佳丝光工艺参数;同时对未经丝光处理的纯大麻织物、纱线丝光后织制的纯大麻织物、相同丝光工艺参数下织物丝光后的纯大麻织物进行性能对比。结果表明:大麻纱线丝光的最佳工艺参数为氢氧化钠质量浓度200 g/L、丝光时间90 s、丝光温度30℃,此时纱线断裂强度为9.9 cN/tex,线密度为56.8 tex,丝光钡值为151;与未经丝光处理的纯大麻织物相比,无论是纱线丝光还是织物丝光,最终织物的断裂强力、撕破强力、折皱回复角、丝光钡值均较高,但芯吸高度较低;在相同丝光工艺参数下,除芯吸高度外,纱线丝光后的织物性能均优于织物丝光后的织物性能;分析纱线表面SEM形貌得出,丝光后纱线表面更为光滑,织物手感得到改善。Mercerization of pure hemp yarn and hemp fabric is studied.The effects of sodium hydroxide concentration,mercerization times and mercerization temperatures on the breaking strength,linear density and barium value of hemp yarn are studied,and the optimal mercerization process parameters are worked out.Meanwhile,the properties of pure hemp fabric without mercerization,pure hemp fabric woven by yarn mercerization and pure hemp fabric mercerized by the same mercerization process parameters are compared.The results show that the optimal parameters of the mercerization of hemp yarn are as follows:sodium hydroxide concentration is 200 g/L,mercerization time is 90 s,and mercerization temperature is 30 C.Under this condition,the breaking strength of the tested yarn is 9.9 cN/tex,linear density is 56.8 tex,and barium mercerization value is 151.Compared with pure hemp fabric without mercerization,the breaking strength,tearing strength,creasy recovery angle and barium value of the final fabric are higher than those of the former,but the wicking height is lower than that of the former.Under the same mercerization process pararneters,except for the wicking height,the properties of yarn mercerized fabrics are better than those of fabric mercerized fabrics.According to the SEM morphology of the yarn surface,the yarn surface is more smooth,the handle is improved,and the adsorption property is enhanced.
