摘  要:以多色块表里换层织物为例,讨论了基础组织和配色复杂的表里换层织物的CAD虚拟仿真设计与织造。对于通过阴阳色块表现几何纹样的表里换层织物,CAD模拟的单层织物基础组织应尽量采用平纹组织。合成后整体组织为3/1+1/3组织,交织频次低、打纬阻力小,可以增大织物整体紧度和各层织物密度。采用平纹基础组织,一个表里换层组织只需要8页综,较其他组织少,这样多臂织机的16页综可以被充分利用,丰富了纹样表现力,稳定了织物结构。CAD虚拟仿真设计可直观呈现效果,节约了试织时间和人力物力成本。The CAD virtual simulation design and weaving of multi-color block inside and outside layer changing fabric with complex structure and color matching are discussed.For the inside and outside layer changing fabric with geometric patterns represented by yin-yang color blocks,the basic structure of the single-layer fabric simulated by CAD is plain weave as much as possible,so the overall organization after synthesis is 3/1+1/3 organization,with low weaving frequency and low weft beating resistance,so the overall tightness of the fabric and the density of each layer of fabric could increase.Using plain basic weave,an exterior and interior layer changing weave requires 8 healds,which is less than other weaves.The 16 healds of dobby looms could be fully used to enrich the pattern expressiveness and stabilize the fabric structure.CAD virtual simulation design has an intuitive foresight and three-dimensional effect,and could save trial weaving time and labor and material costs.
