摘  要:预应力管道灌浆是预应力结构中的重要内容,其灌浆质量的好坏会对整个预应力结构的安全性和使用寿命产生重大的影响。预应力管道灌浆密实度定性检测是一种对管道灌浆总体质量进行评价的检测方法,具有便捷、高效等优点。本文对某30 m预制T梁的预应力管道灌浆密实度进行定性检测,采用循环采样、最优滤波和首波位置自动判断等方法,提高了采样数据样本容量和检测精度。最后利用灌浆密实度-首波慢度线性模型计算出被检管道的密实度定性期望值。The grouting of prestressed pipe is an important part of prestressed structure,the quality of grouting will greatly affect the safety and service life of the whole prestressed structure.The grouting density qualitative testing for the prestressed pipe is a method to evaluate the overall quality,which has the advantages of convenience and efficiency.In this paper,the grouting density of a 30 m prestressed pipe with prefabricated T beam was qualitatively tested.Cyclic sampling,optimal filtering and automatic judgment of the position of the first wave were adopted to improve the sample size and detection accuracy of the sampled data.Finally,the qualitative expected value of grouting density was calculated by using a linear model of grouting density and first wave slowness.
