摘  要:以某中学的教学楼项目为例,探究了多层钢筋混凝土建筑中预制装配框架结构的设计要点。文章首先介绍了预制装配框架结构的设计流程,包括方案深化设计、构建加工图深化设计等。随后重点对预制柱、预制梁、预制板的拆分设计,以及柱与柱连接节点、梁与柱连接节点、主梁与次梁连接节点的深化设计展开了分析。通过实行标准化、模块化的预制装配构件设计,为生产和安装预制构件提供了依据,对保证工程项目建设质量也有积极帮助。This paper takes the teaching building project of a middle school as an example to explore the design points of prefabricated frame structure in multi-storey reinforced concrete building.This paper firstly introduces the design process of prefabricated frame structure,including the scheme deepening design,construction machining drawing deepening design,etc.Then it focuses on the separation design of prefabricated column,prefabricated beam and prefabricated plate,as well as the deepening design of column to column connection node,beam to column connection node,main beam to secondary beam connection node.By implementing standardized and modular precast assembly component design,it provides a basis for production and installation of precast components,and also helps to ensure the quality of construction projects.
