摘  要:针对低地板车直驱永磁电机需多工况、高指标运行的需求导致电机设计的性能和机械强度要求高的难题,开展了直驱永磁电机多工况运行的性能计算与机械特性分析。以一台低地板车直驱永磁电机为例,研究了电机在额定工况和最大去磁工况运行时电机性能变化,分析了该电机的机械强度及温升对电机热应力的影响,为直驱永磁电机的设计和优化提供一定的参考。In order to solve the problem that the motor design for low-floor vehicle requires high performance and mechanical strength due to the requirement of multi-working conditions and high index operation,carries out the performance calculation and mechanical characteristics analysis of the direct drive permanent magnet motor under multi-working conditions.Taking a direct drive permanent magnet motor for low-floor vehicle as an example,the performance changes of the motor under rated working condition and maximum demagnetization working condition are studied,and the effects of mechanical strength and temperature rise on the thermal stress of the motor are analyzed,which provides a certain reference for the design and optimization of the direct drive permanent magnet motor.
