摘 要:随着航空装备的信息化、集成化、系统化程度越来越高,其维修保障过程也趋于复杂化,且过程中受到资源等多方面的限制。为提高航空维修保障效率,缩短时间,合理安排人力资源,基于人力资源约束,通过合理安排工序寻求最短的维修保障时间。构建了资源受限情况下的维修保障资源均衡多目标优化数学模型,采用快速非支配排序遗传算法实现工序调度的合理优化,最后通过案例验证了方法的可行性。With the increasing degree of informatization,integration and systematization of aviation equipment,its maintenance and support process tends to be complicated,and the process is limited by resources and other aspects.In order to improve the efficiency of aviation maintenance and support,shorten the time,and reasonably arrange human resources,this paper,based on human resource constraints,seeks the shortest maintenance and support time through reasonable arrangement of processes.The multi-objective optimization mathematical model of maintenance and support resource balance under resource constraints is constructed,and the fast non-dominated sequencing genetic algorithm is used to realize the reasonable optimization of process scheduling.Finally,the feasibility of the method is verified by a case.
