摘 要:在洞坪电厂1号水轮发电机检修中,发现转子存在绝缘故障,分析可能导致绝缘较低的原因,首先排除了机组受潮、绝缘老化的可能性。再对转子绕组集电环、绕组端部、转子上平面段的引线等可观察部位进行了仔细检查未发现异常。之后采用分段法对转子逐段检查,确定故障范围为转子引线段。最后通过边监测转子引线绝缘,边敲击固定引线槽楔的方法,确定了故障点为转子引线绝缘的受损而导致绝缘降低。通过处理有效解决了问题,可供水电站同类故障的查找借鉴。In the maintenance of the No.1 hydro-turbine generator in Dongping Hydropower Plant,insulation fault of the rotor is found.Possible reasons of the low insulation fault are analyzed.The possibility of moisture and insulation ageing of the unit is eliminated firstly.Then,the rotor winding collector ring,winding ends,lead wire of the upper plane section of the rotor and other observable parts are carefully inspected and no abnormality is found.The rotor is then checked section by section,and the fault range is determined in the rotor lead section.Finally,with monitoring of the rotor lead insulation and knocking of the fixed lead slot wedge at the same time,it is determined that the insulation deceasing fault is caused by the damage of the rotor lead insulation.The problem is effectively solved with treatment,which can be useful reference for the treatment of similar faults in hydropower stations.
