西寺坪水电站黑启动应急处置分析

摘　　要：西寺坪水电站是华中电网的重要黑启动电源点之一,在华中电网发生系统性事故造成隔河岩水利枢纽交流电源消失时,西寺坪水电站在没有厂用交流电源的情况下,水电站生产人员按照预先黑启动的准备工作、机组选择、机组启动等科学、有效的应急处置措施,快速实现机组手动开机发电运行,进而恢复隔河岩水电厂厂用交流电源,逐渐扩大系统恢复范围,最终实现整个系统的恢复。Xisiping Hydropower Station is one of the most important black start power sources in Central China power grid.The emergency response for black start of Xisiping Hydropower Station when a systematic accident occurred in Central China power grid is introduced.The accident caused the loss of the AC power supply of Geheyan Hydropower Station.In the absence of the auxiliary AC power supply,production personnel of Xisiping Hydropower Station quickly and successfully accomplished the manual startup and power generation of the units following the scientific and effective emergency response measures including the black start preparation,unit selection,and unit startup.Then,the auxiliary AC power supply of Geheyan Hydropower Station was restored.The recovery range of the power system expanded and finally the entire system was recovered.
