高含沙水流对小浪底电站机组主轴密封的影响及应对措施

摘　　要：小浪底水利枢纽泄洪排沙期间,由于过机含沙量增加,高含沙水流对机组主轴密封的磨损量增加,严重影响机组安全稳定运行。通过分析高含沙水流对机组主轴密封的影响,采取了主轴密封水倒换为清水供水,顶盖下腔冲洗泵持续运行,顶盖内手动冲淤,机组停机避沙等一系列措施,减少泥沙对主轴密封的磨损,保障了机组的安全稳定运行和发电计划的完成,也保证了机组按照电网调度要求“调峰调谷”,减少弃水情况的发生,使小浪底水利枢纽的综合效益得到充分发挥。During the flood discharge and sediment flushing period of Xiaolangdi Hydropower Station,the abrasion of the main shaft seal of hydro-turbine units caused by hyper-concentrated sediment flow increases due to the increase of the sediment concentration through the units,which seriously affects their safe and stable operation.The influence of hyper-concentrated sediment flow on the main shaft seal is analyzed.Then,a series of countermeasures are adopted to reduce the abrasion of the main shaft seal caused by sediment,such as the switching of the main shaft seal water with clean water supply,continuous operation of the lower cavity flushing pump under the head cover,manual silt flushing in the head cover,and shutdown of the units to avoid sediment abrasion.These measures ensure the safe and stable operation of the units,and the completion of the power generation plan.They also ensure that the units can carry out peak and valley regulation according to the dispatching requirements of the power grid and reduce the occurrence of water abandonment.Thus,the comprehensive benefits of the project can be fully utilized.
