摘 要:蓄热式电采暖通常在夜间谷电价时段运行,存在用电同时率高导致负荷突变的问题;风电往往在夜间大发,波动性和反调峰性显著。在上述双重因素作用下,夜间时段微网与外电网的联络线功率波动问题严峻。因此利用时段的重合性,提出了仅将夜间时段联络线累加不平衡功率作为优化指标。与日峰谷差指标相比,所提方法能减小联络线上的功率波动及其并网时对配电网的冲击。Regenerative electric heating is usually operated in the valley electricity price period at night,which has the problem of load mutation caused by high power consumption at the same time.While,wind power often generates large amounts of electricity at night,with obvious volatility and reverse-peaking.Under the action of the above two factors,the power fluctuation of the tie-line connecting the micro-grid and the external power grid is serious at night.Therefore,considering the coincidence of time periods,it is proposed to take only the accumulated unbalanced power of the tie-line at night as the optimization index.Compared with the daily peak-valley difference index,the proposed method can reduce the power fluctuation of the tie-line and the impact on the distribution network when it is connected to the grid.
