试论马氏通备鞭杆五阴七手的形成及其技术特点

摘　　要：马氏通备鞭杆是在西北民间鞭杆技艺基础上,以通备武学的指导思想与训练方式重新整合而成的器械类技术系统。五阴和七手是其代表性成果。近些年,鞭杆因其便捷的形态与灵活多变的技术特点日渐趋热,坊间传习者众多,也存在泥沙俱下、鱼目混珠等现象。文章从马氏通备鞭杆的形成和技术特点等方面对其近代化的发展与成型进行论述,并就其技术特点略作分析,以期为鞭杆的普及与研学提供一定参考。Ma Shi Tongbei Whip Rod is an instrument-based technique system based on the folk whip rod techniques of the northwest area of China, reintegrated with the guiding ideas and training methods of Tongbei martial arts. Five Yin and Seven hands are its representative achievements. In recent years, the whip rod has become increasingly popular because of its convenient form and flexible technical characteristics, and there are many practitioners in the community, and there are also phenomena such as the intersection of positive and negative. This paper discusses the modernization of the Mashi Tongbei Whip Rod in terms of their formation and technical characteristics, and briefly analyzes their technical characteristics in order to provide some reference for the popularization and study of whip rod.
