“双减”政策背景下青少年武术培训机构发展现状及对策研究

摘　　要：文章采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法对“双减”政策背景下青少年武术培训机构发展机遇、现状及对策进行研究。结果表明:“双减”政策背景下我国青少年武术培训发展迎来新机遇:主场更替,学科培训转向非学科培训;政策引导,全民健身认知逐渐高涨;填补空缺,补齐家校体育共育的短板。当前青少年武术培训机构存在的问题包括:商品难以满足消费者多元化需求;竞技体育对教学思想的不良渗透;武术培训机构等级评定的缺失。提出:坚定自身特色,满足社会多元化需求;建立武术培训机构资质等级评定标准,营造品牌形象;以教练员发展为目标,建构科学合理的培训与资质认证;深化体教融合,深入探索校社合作方式。This paper studies the development opportunities, current situation and countermeasures of adolescent Wushu training institutions under the background of "double reduction" policy by means of literature and logical analysis. The results show that: under the background of "double reduction" policy, the development of youth Wushu training in China ushered in new opportunities: the replacement of the home field, the transfer of discipline training to non-discipline training;Policy guidance,national fitness awareness gradually rising;Fill the vacancy, make up the short board of home school sports co-education. The problems existing in the youth wushu training institutions include: commodities are difficult to meet the diversified needs of consumers;The bad infiltration of competitive sports to teaching thought;The lack of rating of wushu training institutions. Put forward: firm its own characteristics, to meet the diversified needs of the society;Establish wushu training institutions qualification rating standards, build brand image;Aiming at the development of coaches, scientific and reasonable training and qualification certification should be constructed. Deepen the integration of sports and education, and explore ways of cooperation between school and society.
