摘 要:齿条式抽油机是各油田广泛使用的采油设备,针对齿条式抽油机出现的过渡啮合干涉问题,首先建立了齿轮齿条实体模型,结合理论计算进行了网格无关性及精度检验;其次通过动力学分析得到了抽油机齿轮过渡啮合干涉原因;针对各干涉位置进行了复合修形,对比分析了不同修形方案对抽油机驱动齿轮齿面接触应力的影响;基于线性累积疲劳损伤理论分析了抽油机驱动齿轮的疲劳周期性,计算了不同修形方案下的齿轮疲劳寿命,得到了最佳修形方案。研究表明,齿轮啮入与啮出过渡中,存在干涉过程,通过对齿条干涉位置进行复合修形,可以有效消除干涉引起的应力集中,显著延长齿轮疲劳寿命。Rack-pinion pumping unit is widely used in oilfields.In this paper,the transition meshing interference of rack pumping unit was analyzed.Firstly,the model of gear and rack was established,and the grid independence and accuracy test were carried out by combining the theoretical calculation.Secondly,the reason of meshing interference was obtained by dynamic analysis;Then,the composite modification was carried out for each interference position,and the effects of different modification schemes on the contact stress were compared and analyzed.Finally,the fatigue cycle of gear was analyzed based on the linear cumulative fatigue damage theory,and the fatigue life under different schemes was calculated,and the optimal scheme was obtained.Results show that there were interference processes in the meshing-in and meshing-out transition.By employing composite modification on the interference position of the rack,the stress concentration caused by interference can be effectively eliminated and the fatigue life of the gear can be significantly prolonged.
