人口老龄化背景下我国社区体育服务高质量发展对策研究

摘　　要：本文主要运用文献资料法,探析我国社区体育服务发展所面临的问题:社区体育管理体制不健全,复合型专业人才匮乏,资金投入少、缺乏运动场地等。提出相应的发展对策:激发革新意识,创新社区体育管理体制;注重培养复合人才,采用政府授权制增加相关人力资源;学校、社区双向开放,避免资源浪费。This paper mainly uses literature review to analyze the problems faced by the development of community sports services in China. The research found that the main problems faced by the development of community sports are the imperfect management system of community sports;the lack of compound professional talents, the lack of capital investment and the lack of sports venues. In this regard, the following suggestions are put forward: stimulate the awareness of innovation and innovate the community sports management system;pay attention to cultivating compound talents;adopt the government authorization system to increase relevant human resources;schools and communities are open to each other to avoid waste of resources.
