摘　　要：为确保核技术利用放射性废物和废(旧)放射源的安全贮存,规范核技术利用放射性废物库选址、设计与建造工作,生态环境部将《核技术利用放射性废物库选址、设计与建造技术要求(试行)》升级为技术标准HJ1258—2022《核技术利用放射性废物库选址、设计与建造技术规范》,笔者从编制背景、修订思路、主要修订内容等方面介绍了HJ1258—2022与原技术要求的变化,旨在为核技术利用放射性废物库的选址、设计与建造提供技术支持。In order to ensure the safe storage of radioactive waste and waste radioactive sources used by nuclear technology,and regulate the siting,design and construction of radioactive waste repository for nuclear technology application,the Ministry of Ecology and Environment upgraded The technical requirements for siting,design and construction of radioactive waste repository for nuclear technology application(trial)to HJ 1258—2022,technical specifications for siting,design and construction of radioactive waste repository for nuclear technology application,The changes between HJ 1258—2022 and the original technical requirements are introduced in the paper in terms of the background,revised thoughts,main amended content,etc.It provides technical support for siting,design and construction of radioactive waste repository for nuclear technology application.
