摘　　要：采用文献资料和逻辑分析方法,对我国民族体育旅游助力乡村振兴的意义、机遇和挑战进行了研究,探索其发展途径。近年来民族体育旅游快速发展,但其发展存在资源向上整合能力弱、盲目扩建与无序扩张、产品品牌辨识度低、乡村人和人才流失严重、服务参差等问题。据此提出“以市场为主导、政策引导为原则”招商引“智”整合有形与无形资源;建立“统筹协同管理”平台管控盲目扩建和无序扩张;深耕民族体育历史文化,打造特色民族体育旅游产品品牌;乡村发展当地产业并引入新产业,制定“人才归乡/下乡”激励机制,人才定向培养输送,为乡村留人纳“才”;提高接触性和非接触性服务质量,做好游客体验,为民族体育旅游助力乡村振兴发展奠定基础。Using literature and logical analysis,this paper studied the significance,opportunities and challenges of promoting China’s ethnic sports tourism to help rural revitalization and explore its development path.In recent years,ethnic sports tourism has developed rapidly,which confronted several problems such as weak upward integration of resources,disorderly expansion,low brand recognition,serious loss of people and talents,and uneven service.Accordingly,this paper propose practical suggestions on the development of ethnic sports tourism to lay a foundation to foster the revitalization of rural areas,including the integration of tangible and intangible resources by attracting investments and“talents”under the guidance of“market-led and policy-led”policy;the establishment of an effective“coordinated and collaborative management”platform to regulate disorderly expansion;the exploration of the historical culture of ethnic sports to create featured ethnic sports tourism brand;the development of local industries and the introduction of new industries;the formulation incentive policies to encourage“talents to return the rural areas and go to the rural areas”,to carry out oriented-talent training programs to retain“talents”;to enhance the contact and non-contact services and“visitor experience”.
