摘　　要：科学研究进入以算法范式为核心的第四阶段后,传媒格局发生根本性变化,新闻编辑的工作任务、能力要求也随之变化。在算法新闻生产过程中,新闻编辑必须具备清晰的政治站位高度、应对社会变化的职业敏感、海量信息的辨别与筛选能力、快速处理多元来稿的技巧,以及决定和支配专业技能的“四个资质”。新闻编辑需要通过不断提升时代意识、主体意识、革新意识、责任意识,强化思想站位高度,拓展社会认知能力,及时把握未来新闻传播理念以及客观事物深刻的认知能力,优化引领社会进步力度的高效新闻传播能力。When scientific research has entered the fourth stage with the algorithm paradigm as the core, the media pattern has changed fundamentally, and the task and ability requirements of news editors have also changed. In the process of algorithmic news production, news editors must have a clear political position, occupational sensitivity to respond to social changes, the ability to identify and screen massive information, the skills to quickly process multiple submissions, and the “four qualifications” to determine and control professional skills. News editors need to constantly improve their awareness of the times, subject, innovation and responsibility, strengthen their ideological standing, expand their social cognitive ability, grasp the future news communication concepts and the profound cognitive ability of objective things in a timely manner, and optimize the efficient news communication ability that leads to social progress.
