摘  要:对于金属大变形问题,传统的有限元法分析效果不佳,分析过程中易产生网格畸变,故基于无网格法对镁合金的等温锻造成形进行了模拟分析。利用LS-DYNA软件的无网格法分析功能,模拟分析了镁合金锻件的等温锻造成形过程,对比了镁合金在350、400和450℃这3种温度下的等温锻造成形结果,通过分析成形的等效应力云图,得出了镁合金更优的等温锻造温度,为450℃。结果表明:使用无网格法来分析金属成形中的大变形问题,可以较好地解决有限元法分析过程中产生的网格畸变问题。For the problem of large metal deformation,the analysis effect of traditional finite element method is poor,and the mesh distortion is easy to occur during the analysis process.Therefore,the isothermal forging process of magnesium alloy was simulated and analyzed based on meshless method.Using the analysis function of meshless method in LS-DYNA software,the isothermal forging process of magnesium alloy forgings was simulated and analyzed,and the isothermal forging results of magnesium alloy at 350,400 and 450 ℃ were compared to obtain a better isothermal forging temperature of 450 ℃ for magnesium alloy through analyzing the forming equivalvant stress nephogram.The results show that using meshless method to analyze the large deformation in metal forming can better solve the problem of mesh distortion generated during the analysis process for finite element method.
