摘  要:在常见冷锻用钢铁材料304不锈钢和45钢的表面,分别进行湿喷砂和干喷砂实验,采用马尔粗糙度仪和VHX-7000超高精细显微镜测量并分析两种喷砂方式对常见钢铁材料表面性状的影响。对比干喷砂实验,参照高分子做冷锻润滑剂的工序过程,通过分析多个粗糙度参数的异同,阐明了湿喷砂的作用机理。结果表明:湿喷砂处理后的材料表面粗糙度值较干喷砂处理的更加稳定,其Rsk值小于0且小于干喷砂的Rsk值,Rku平均值更接近于3,而且湿喷砂处理后的毛坯表面尖锐孤峰相对更少,可以形成稳定、平滑的表面凹凸性状。在此基础上进行压痕实验,表明湿喷砂处理的高分子涂覆层的结合强度高于干喷砂处理。On the surface of 304 stainless steel and 45 steel materials for common cold forging,wet sandblasting and dry sandblasting experiments were carried out respectively,and the influences of two sandblasting methods on the surface properties and states for common steel materials were measured and analyzed by the Mahr roughness meter and VHX-7000 ultra-high-precision microscope.Then,comparing with the dry sandblasting experiment and referring to the process with the polymer as cold forging lubricant,the influence mechanism of wet sandblasting was clarified by analyzing the similarities and differences of multiple roughness parameters.The results show that the roughness value of the material surface after wet sondblasting treatment is more stable than that of the dry sandblasting,its Rsk value is less than 0 and smaller than that of the dry sandblasting,Rku average value is closer to 3,and the blank surface after wet sandblasting treatment has relatively less sharp solitary peaks,which can form a stable and smooth concave-convex surface properties and states.On this basis,the indentation experiment shows that the bonding strength of the polymer coating layer by the wet sandblasting treatment is higher than that by the dry sandblasting treatment.
