摘　　要：常州市政府在购买公共体育服务实践中积累了深厚的经验,并逐渐发展为成功的“常州模式”,其政府购买公共体育服务的路径,长期以来一直被作为当地政府向社会力量购买公共体育服务的学习典型进行推广。数年来,常州市政府在“政府主导、社会参与、市场运作”原则的指导下,在公共体育赛事、体育场馆、学校体育的设施购买方面探索出了诸多有益经验,但同时也出现了一些值得反思的问题。通过对常州市历年来购买公共体育服务实践经验的总结与梳理,可以更好地了解“常州模式”的发展脉络与不足之处。Changzhou municipal government has accumulated profound experience in the practice of purchasing public sports services,and gradually developed into a successful "Changzhou Model".Its path of government purchasing public sports services has long been promoted as a learning model for local governments to purchase public sports services from social forces.Over the years,under the guidance of the principle of "government leading,social participation,and market operation",Changzhou municipal government has explored many beneficial experiences in the purchase of facilities for public sports events,stadiums and school sports,but at the same time,there have been some problems worthy of reflection.Through summing up and sorting out Changzhou’s practical experience of purchasing public sports services over the years,we can better understand the development context and shortcomings of the "Changzhou Model".
