摘　　要：为了满足深井超深井油气开采对中大直径高钢级表层套管的需求,采用中低碳加少量Cr、B元素成分设计,并使用高频电阻焊+全管体调质热处理工艺技术,开发试制了Φ244.48 mm×11.05 mm P110钢级石油套管。结果表明,试制产品的屈服强度、抗拉强度和延伸率的平均值分别为895 MPa、975 MPa、25.0%;0℃下3/4尺寸母材和焊缝横向冲击功平均值分别达到77 J和73 J,基本实现母材与焊缝“等韧性”匹配;接头螺纹连接强度> 6 176 kN,抗内压强度> 60 MPa,抗外压挤毁强度平均值达43.5 MPa,各项性能指标均符合API SPEC 5CT、API TR 5C3等标准要求,能够满足深井超深井用高钢级表层套管安全服役要求。In order to meet the requirements of medium and large diameter high steel grade surface casing for oil and gas production in deep and ultra-deep wells, the chemical composition design adopts medium and low carbon plus a small amount of Cr & B elements. Φ244.48 mm×11.05 mm P110 casing was developed by the high frequency resistance welding +full-length quenching-tempering heat treatment. The results show that the average yield strength, tensile strength and elongation of the final product are 895 MPa, 975 MPa and 25.0%. The average value of transverse absorbed energy for 3/4size base metal and weld seam at 0 ℃ respectively reached 77 J and 73 J, basically realizing the equal toughness matching of base metal and weld. The strength of threaded connection exceed 6 176 kN, the value of internal pressure to failure exceed 60 MPa, the average external collapse resistance of 43.5 MPa. The product performance to meet the requirements of API Spec 5CT, API TR 5C3 etc, and can meet the safety service requirements of high steel surface casing for deep and ultradeep wells.
