中英能源话语隐喻架构对比研究--基于21世纪中英能源白皮书的分析

摘　　要：能源话语具有鲜明的社会性,中英能源白皮书作为典型的官方能源话语隐含着两国应对能源问题的不同价值立场。基于概念隐喻和架构理论,分别建立21世纪中国能源白皮书语料库和英国能源白皮书语料库,对比分析中英两国如何通过隐喻性话语建构能源意识形态和政治权力。研究发现,两国均使用了建筑架构、容器架构、军事架构、经济与科技架构、集体架构、运动与方向架构,但各有所侧重。中国主要使用了比赛、建筑等隐喻,深层架构体现了中国政府奋进拼搏和注重实干、集体主义价值观、历史现实指向的时间观;英国重点使用了容器、军事隐喻等,激活了期待实现低碳话语霸权的政治立场、个人主义价值观以及未来指向的时间观。中英两国应当积极寻找全球能源治理中的共同话语和共同利益,助力全球能源转型发展进程。China-UK energy white papers as an official media of energy discourse bearing distinctive social significance present different views and stance in addressing energy crisis.Based on conceptual metaphor and framing theory,this paper compares how China and United Kingdom frame the energy politics and political power by analyzing the metaphorical discourses from the corpus of China-UK energy white papers for the 21st century.The study suggests that both use the same metaphorical frames(vehicles)as architecture,container,military,economy,technology,collectivist notions,motion and direction,but have different focal points.China energy white papers mainly use such metaphors as competition,architecture and so on,manifesting the governor̍s concepts of perseverance,steadfastness,solid work,collectivism and past-directed time orientation.The UK energy white papers employ metaphors like container,military and so forth,showcasing the political stance to become a leader in low-carbon discourse,individualism and future-directed time orientation.Accordingly,both countries are supposed to seek common ground and common interests in global energy governance to promote the global energy transition.
