摘　　要：鸡滑液囊支原体病(Mycoplasma synoviae,MS)是由滑液囊支原体引起,并对禽类养殖业造成严重危害的细菌性疾病,在世界范围内广泛传播。鸡感染该类疾病后,临床上主要表现为关节炎和腱鞘滑膜炎。由于该病发展缓慢且难以根除,会导致饲料利用率低、生长发育迟缓、弱雏率增加和产蛋量下降等问题,对家禽养殖业造成严重的经济损失。从鸡滑液囊支原体病的流行病学、临床症状和病理变化、诊断方法和预防治疗措施4个方面阐述,以期为防治鸡滑液囊支原体病提供理论支持。Mycoplasma synoviae(MS) is a serious bacterial disease caused by Mycoplasma synoviae, which is widely spread worldwide.The main clinical manifestations of this disease are arthritis and synovitis of tenosynovitis.Due to the slow development and difficult eradication of this disease, it will lead to alow feed utilization rate, growth retardation, an increase in weak chick rate and a decrease in egg production, causing serious economic losses to the poultry industry.The following four aspects of the epidemiology, clinical symptoms and pathological changes, diagnostic methods and preventive treatment measures of Mycoplasma synovial disease of chicken were described in order to provide some theoretical support for the prevention and treatment of Mycoplasma synovial disease of chicken.
