定向安置类保障性住房设计浅谈——以金华、义乌地区安置房设计实践为例

摘　　要：从我国历年推行的住房政策发展出发,陈述并分析当下定向安置类保障性住房设计及建设面临的问题及困境,剖析“安置”到“安居”的设计背景。在此基础上,从群体记忆与历史文脉需求下的空间营造、混合居住模式及社区空间营造、标准化体系与城市风貌多元化实践等方面,对金华、义乌旧城更新中多个保障性住房的设计经验与实践成果进行探讨;并针对其中的问题,提出相应的解决思路和方法,为定向安置房项目的设计提供参考与借鉴。Beginning with the development of housing policies unveiled in China over the years, this paper sets out and analyzes the problems and dilemmas existing in current design and construction of affordable housing for targeted relocation, and dissects the design background from “relocation” to “settling down”. On this basis, this paper discusses design experience and results of practice of multiple affordable housing in renewal of old urban areas in Jinhua and Yihu from aspects of space creation under the needs of group memory and historical context, mixed habitation mode and neighborhood space creation, standardization system and urban landscape diversification practice, etc. And it also puts forward the solution ideas and methods in regard of the problems therein so as to provide reference for the design of targeted relocation housing project.
