宿州市数字经济发展困境与纾解策略分析

摘　　要：随着我国经济步入高质量发展阶段,发展数字经济实现高质量发展动能培育成为我国经济发展的努力方向。宿州市在推进数字经济发展中积极作为,数字经济发展环境持续优化,数字经济发展势头持续增强,数字经济生态系统持续完善。但宿州市数字经济发展中也面临着人才队伍相对薄弱、科技研发水平相对较低、高新技术企业聚集效应还未有效形成、资金投入压力依然较大、基础设施建设依旧薄弱、数字化治理体系需要完善等诸多难题。在借鉴各地数字经济发展经验基础上,从构建支持数字经济基地建设的人才队伍、推动数字经济与一、二、三产业深度融合、强化区域合作激活发展动能、构建数字经济发展的保障机制等四个方面提出推进宿州市数字经济发展的政策建议。As China′s economy enters a stage of high-quality development,developing the digital economy and cultivating new development momentum have become the future development direction.Suzhou takes active actions so that the digital economy development environment has continued to be optimized.The digital economy development momentum has continued to increase,and the digital economy ecosystem has continued to improve.However,Suzhou also faces many difficulties in the digital economy development:the talent team is relatively weak;the technology research and development capabilities are relatively low;the agglomeration effect of high-tech enterprises has not yet formed;the pressure of capital investment is relatively large;the infrastructure construction is relatively weak;the digital governance system needs to be improved.On the basis of drawing on the experience of digital economy development in other regions,this paper proposes corresponding countermeasures from four aspects:building the talent team that supports the digital economy development,promoting the deep integration of digital economy and other industries,strengthening regional cooperation to activate development momentum,and building the security mechanism for digital economy development.
