摘　　要：目的:探索大型医疗机构医疗健康大数据平台的建设路径,为医疗机构推进数据平台建设提供参考。方法:梳理、总结四川大学华西医院医疗健康大数据平台建设过程中的5个实施阶段,指出各个阶段的重要任务和实施难点;分析当前医疗健康大数据平台建设中存在的不足,明确未来持续优化的方向。结果:根据四川大学华西医院医疗健康大数据平台的建设经验,提供各个实施阶段的工作参考范式。结论:医疗健康大数据平台的建设有赖于多个学科的融合,需要各领域专家的深度合作。Objective To explore the construction path of a medical and health big data platform in large medical institutions,and to provide reference for medical institutions to promote the construction of data platform.Methods The five implementation stages in the construction of the medical and health big data platform in West China Hospital of Sichuan University were summarized,and the important tasks and implementation difficulties in each stage were pointed out;the deficiencies in the construction of the current medical and health big data platform were analyzed,and the direction of future continuous optimization was clarified.Results According to the construction experience of the medical and health big data platform in West China Hospital of Sichuan University,the work reference paradigm at each implementation stage was provided.Conclusion The construction of a medical and health big data platform relies on the integration of multiple disciplines and requires the deep cooperation of experts in various fields.
