摘 要:目的:探索利用人工智能技术优化儿童心脏病诊疗流程的方法,并比较优化前后的效果。方法:将人工智能技术和传统诊疗流程相结合,对诊前、诊中、诊后全流程各系统进行针对性改造。结果:挂号前系统可向心脏病患儿推荐就诊科室,并将患者提供的信息自动转变为符合规范格式的电子病历文书,医生就诊时可直接查看。患儿离院后医院可通过微信、AI电话等方式智能随访,了解患者病情和康复情况,收集患者意见及建议,并形成各类统计报表。结论:利用人工智能技术可优化儿童心脏病诊疗流程,在提高医生工作效率的同时提升患者就医体验。Objective To explore the method of using AI(Artificial Intelligence)technology to optimize the diagnosis and treatment process of children's heart disease and to compare the effect before and after the optimization.Methods The AI technology was integrated into the traditional diagnosis and treatment process,and each system of the whole process before,during,and after consultation was purposely modified.Results Before registration,the system could recommend departments for children with heart disease,and automatically transform the information provided by patients into electronic medical records in standard format,which could be directly viewed by the doctor during the consultation.After the children leaving the hospital,the hospital could make intelligent follow-up visits through WeChat,AI phone calls,etc.to learn about patients'condition and recovery,collect their opinions and suggestions,and form various statistical reports.Conclusion The application of AI technology can optimize the diagnosis and treatment process of pediatric heart disease,improve doctors'work efficiency and enhance patients'medical experience.
