摘　　要：公立医院互联网医院已经成为医院医疗服务的重要组成部分,采取何种方式建立互联网医院,如何推动互联网医院的发展成为各公立医院重点关注的问题。本文以重庆大学附属三峡医院为例,探讨了公立医院互联网医院的系统架构、系统功能、建设思路和运营思路,构建了覆盖诊前、诊中、诊后的线上线下一体化医疗服务模式,并得到了良好运营。Internet hospitals of public hospitals have become an important part of hospital medical services.How to build Internet hospitals and how to promote the development of Internet hospitals have become an issue for public hospitals to consider.Taking the Three Gorges Hospital affiliated to Chongqing University as an example,this paper discusses the system architecture,system functions,construction ideas and operation ideas of Internet hospitals of public hospitals.and an online and offline integrated medical service model covering pre-diagnosis,in-diagnosis and post-diagnosis is constructed and well operated.
