摘  要:为进一步优化酶诱导碳酸钙沉淀(EICP)技术中的变量取值,基于黄豆脲酶,研究了尿素浓度与体积、pH值、氯化钙浓度、尿素与氯化钙溶液体积比等变量对脲酶活性的影响。在此基础上,研究了胶结液浓度及尿素与氯化钙溶液体积比两个变量对碳酸钙沉淀量与沉淀率的影响。研究结果表明:脲酶活性随尿素浓度的增加先上升后下降,峰值脲酶活性对应的最优尿素浓度为1.35 mol/L,且脲酶与尿素溶液的最佳体积比为1∶9;脲酶活性随pH值的增加先上升后下降,但不同浓度尿素的最优pH值存在差异;钙离子的加入会降低脲酶活性,且降低幅度随钙离子加入量的不断增加而逐渐增大;碳酸钙沉淀率随胶结液浓度及尿素与氯化钙溶液体积比的增加均呈先上升后下降的变化规律,最优胶结液浓度为1.35 mol/L,最佳尿素与氯化钙溶液体积比为1∶1。To further optimize the value of variables in enzyme-induced calcium carbonate precipitation(EICP)technology,based on soybean urease,the effects of urea concentration and volume,pH value,calcium chloride concentration,and volume ratio of urea to calcium chloride solution on urease activity were studied.On this basis,the effects of cementing solution concentration and volume ratio of urea to calcium chloride solution on calcium carbonate precipitation(rate)were studied.The results show that the urease activity increased first and then decreased with the increase of urea concentration.The optimal urea concentration corresponding to the peak urease activity was 1.35 mol/L,and the optimal volume ratio of urease and urea solution was 1∶9.The urease activity increased first and then decreased with the increase of pH value,but the optimal pH value of different concentrations of urea was different.The addition of calcium ions will reduce the urease activity,and the decrease rate increases with the increasing amount of calcium ions.The precipitation rate of calcium carbonate increased first and then decreased with the increase of the concentration of cementing solution and the volume ratio of urea to calcium chloride solution.The optimal concentration of cementing solution was 1.35 mol/L,and the optimal volume ratio of urea to calcium chloride solution was 1∶1.
