摘 要:针对干涉阵列米波雷达快拍数少且弱目标信噪比(SNR)较低等问题,提出干涉张量及干涉张量ESPRIT算法(ITE)。该算法将干涉阵列的快拍数据阵重构为干涉张量并对其进行高阶奇异值分解,以提取信号子空间,再结合干涉阵列的双尺度平移不变性利用张量ESPRIT算法得到目标的方向余弦粗估计和精估计,并利用关联法实现精估计解模糊,最后由常规波束形成法实现粗估计与精估计的配对从而实现高精度方向估计。由于张量较矩阵方法可提高信号子空间的准确度,且米波雷达快拍数较少且弱目标回波信号信噪比低,可利用ITE算法提高米波雷达弱目标方向估计性能,实现弱目标的可靠分辨与定位。仿真与实测结果验证了ITE算法的有效性与正确性,表明其可用于低快拍数及低信噪比条件下的干涉阵列米波雷达弱目标方向估计,并显著降低信噪比门限,尤其对低角目标DOA估计更稳健。In view of the problem that the interferometric array for VHF radar has a small number of snapshots and a low signal-to-noise ratio of weak targets,an algorithm based on the interferometric-tensor ESPRIT algorithm is proposed for DOA estimation of weak signal in interferometric arrays.The algorithm reconstructs the snapshot data array of the interference array into an interference tensor and performs high-ordered Singular Value Decomposition(HOSVD)to extract the signal subspace.It combines the two-scale translation invariance of the interference array and uses the tensor ESPRIT algorithm to calculate the coarse and fine estimation of the direction cosine of the target.The correlation method is used for ambiguity resolution to precise estimation.Finally,the conventional beam forming method to realize the pairing of coarse estimation and fine estimation is used to obtain high-precision direction estimation.Since the weak target’s echo is low and the signal noise is low and the VHF radar has a small number of snapshots,the use of tensor high-order singular value decomposition can improve the estimation accuracy,ensuring that the estimation accuracy of the weak target direction of the ITE algorithm,to achieve reliable identification and positioning of weak targets.The simulation and measurement results verify the effectiveness and correctness of the ITE algorithm,which significantly reduces the SNR threshold,and also shows that it is suitable for the direct estimation of weak targets in the interferometric array for VHF radar with low snapshot number and low SNR,especially for low-angle target DOA estimation.
