“四化”在城市道路绿化景观中的应用——以新江湾城12条路绿化改造项目为例

摘　　要：在习近平生态文明思想的指导下,积极践行绿色发展理念成为时代发展的新要求。为推动园林绿化高质量发展,提升人民幸福指数,上海市政府统筹推进“四化”建设,既“绿化、彩化、珍贵化、效益化”。“四化”是推进城市精细化管理的要求,为绿化建设指明了重点方向,对上海绿化建设高品质发展具有重要意义。经过几年的探索和实践,“四化”建设在上海已经取得一定成效。该文通过对杨浦区新江湾城12条道路绿化改造项目的研究和总结,为今后“四化”在道路绿化中的应用提供实践参考。In order to promote the high-quality development of landscaping and improve the people’s happiness index,the Shanghai Municipal Government has made an overall plan to promote the construction of"Four Modernizations",namely"greening,beautification,preciousness and efficiency".The"Four Modernizations"are the requirements for promoting the fine management of the city,pointing out the key directions for the greening construction,and are of great significance for the high-quality development of the greening construction in Shanghai.After several years of exploration and practice,the construction of"four modernizations"in Shanghai has achieved certain results.Through the research and summary of the greening reconstruction project of 12 roads in Xinjiangwan City,Yangpu District,this paper provides practical reference for the future application of"four modernizations"in road greening.
