摘　　要：繁荣发展乡村文化是全面推进乡村振兴战略不可或缺的组成部分,基层图书馆作为实现乡村振兴的重要推动力量,对于繁荣发展乡村文化具有重要作用和意义。加强基层图书馆建设,建立健全各项服务保障机制,加强信息数字化建设,注重特色乡村文化建设。基层图书馆扎根基层,服务乡村,优化图书、报刊等馆藏资源,巩固农村社会主义思想文化阵地;立足地方文献资源特色,发挥图书馆员的专业优势,保护利用乡村传统文化;推进基层图书馆延伸服务,实施公共数字文化工程,健全公共文化服务体系。The prosperity and development of rural culture is an indispensable part of the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization strategy.As an important driving force to realize rural revitalization,the grass-roots library plays an important role and significance in the prosperity and development of rural culture.We will strengthen the construction of grassroots libraries,establish and improve various service guarantee mechanisms,strengthen the construction of information digitalization,and focus on the construction of distinctive rural culture.Grassroots libraries take roots in the grassroots,serve the countryside,optimize books,newspapers and periodicals and other collection resources,and consolidate the rural socialist ideological and cultural positions.Based on the characteristics of local literature resources,we should give full play to the professional advantages of librarians,protect and utilize rural traditional culture;besides,we will extend services to community-level libraries,implement public digital cultural projects,and improve the public cultural service system.
