摘  要:交错轴变厚齿轮传动存在齿面间滑动速度大、承载能力低、易磨损、噪声较大等问题,且一般变厚齿轮的变位系数沿轴向线性变化,因此当齿宽太大时会产生齿顶变尖或根切等现象。本文在传统变厚齿轮线性滚削加工的基础上,通过改变加工路径曲线,提出非线性变位变厚齿轮的加工方法,推导了非线性变位变厚齿轮的齿面方程,分析了不同加工路径曲线对该类齿轮齿面形貌的影响。采用轮齿接触分析方法,建立交错轴变厚齿轮副接触分析模型,讨论了4种加工曲线下齿面接触迹线和接触椭圆的变化规律,并与标准变厚齿轮进行对比,同时采用经仿真得到的啮合印痕图来进一步验证接触椭圆的准确性。研究结果表明,采用小齿轮两端修正的加工路径所生成的非线性变位变厚齿轮在交错轴齿轮传动接触特性上明显优于标准变厚齿轮和采用其他几种加工路径所生成的非线性变位变厚齿轮。Beveloid gear transmission with crossed axes has such problems as high sliding speed between tooth surfaces,low bearing capacity,poor wearability and loud noise,and the modification coefficient of normal beveloid gear changes linearly along the axis.Therefore,when the gear width is too large,the tooth tip will become sharp or undercutting will occur.Based on the traditional linear hobbing of beveloid gears,this paper proposed a processing method for nonlinearly modified beveloid gears by changing the machining path curve.The tooth surface equation of beveloid gear with nonlinear modification was derived,and the influence of machining path curve on the tooth surface’s morphology was studied.Contact model of beveloid gear pair with crossed axes was established by means of tooth contact analysis method.Variations of contact traces and contact ellipses on tooth surfaces generated by four machining curves were discussed and compared with those on the standard beveloid gear.Meanwhile,the accuracy of contact ellipses was further verified by contact patterns via simulation.The results show that,in terms of contact characteristics of the gear transmission with crossed axes,the beveloid gear pair with positive modification at both ends of the pinion is obviously superior to the standard beveloid gear and those by several other machining paths.
