摘 要:以秀珍菇主栽品种‘台秀’作为对照,通过对收集于2个地区的3个野生菌株进行拮抗试验和驯化栽培,并比较其出菇特性。试验结果表明,3个野生秀珍菇菌株与对照菌株间均能产生明显的拮抗反应,且菌落形态差异明显,表明这些菌株都是独立的种质。野生品种与栽培品种间农艺性状差异较大,野生菌株在菌包表面易形成菌皮,并在无温差刺激条件下形成原基。野生菌株X-1的一潮产量每袋最高达到123.85 g,具有高产潜力。同对照品种相比,野生菌株子实体颜色较浅,X-1和X-2菌株子实体菌盖表面有水浸状条纹,这些子实体性状还不符合当前市场需求。通过对野生秀珍菇的栽培出菇特性进行研究,可为今后野生秀珍菇种质的获取及遗传育种等研究提供理论依据。Using the main cultivar ’Taixiu’ of Pleurotus pulmonarius as a control,antagonistic reaction test and domestication cultivation of three wild strains collected from two regions were conducted and their fruiting characteristics were compared. The results showed that there were obvious antagonistic reactions,and the colony morphological characters were significantly different,indicating that these strains were not the same germplasms.There were obvious differences in agronomic characters between wild strains and cultivar,and the wild strains were easy to form hypha coat on the surface of the substrate,and the primordia were formed without temperature difference stimulation. The first flush yield of the wild strain X-1 reached 123.85 g per bag,with high yield potential. Compared with the control cultivar,the fruiting body color of wild strain was lighter,in which the surface of cap of X-1 and X-2strains had water-soaking stripes,and these fruiting body characters did not meet the current market demand. Based on fruiting characteristics of three wild Pleurotus pulmonarius strains,the present study can provide the theoretical basis for the acquisition of the new germplasm resources,genetic breeding and others.
