摘 要:嫁接是百香果种苗繁育中常用的无性繁殖方式之一,为探索不同类型砧穗间亲和性,本研究选择紫果‘台农’和黄果‘黄金’等2个品种为接穗,以绿果‘荔枝味’、紫果‘台紫’和黄果‘XL012’等3份种质为砧木,开展百香果不同砧穗组合嫁接亲和性研究。结果表明,台农/荔枝味组合的嫁接成活率最高(97%),且嫁接苗生长量和亲和性均高于台农/台紫;黄金/XL012组合的嫁接成活率、嫁接苗生长量和亲合性则高于黄金/台紫。Grafting is one of the commonly used asexual propagation methods in the breeding of passion fruit seedlings. In order to explore the compatibility of different stock-scion combinations,purple passion fruit‘Tainong’ and yellow passion fruit‘Huangjin’were used as scions,and green passion fruit‘Lizhiwei’,purple passion fruit‘Taizi’and yellow passion fruit‘XL012’were used as rootstocks. The grafting compatibility of different passion fruit stock-scion combinations was studied. The results showed that the graft survival rate of‘Tainong’/‘Lizhiwei’ combination was the highest(97%),and the grafted seedlings growth and compatibility were higher than those of ‘Tainong’/‘Taizi’. The graft survival rate,grafted seedlings growth and compatibility of‘Huangjin’/‘XL012’ combination were higher than those of‘Huangjin’/‘Taizi’.
