摘  要:针对秋植番木瓜苗木鼠害问题,开展果园防鼠害试验,探讨番木瓜园鼠害无害化防治技术。2018-2020年以矿泉水瓶套苗、0.25%溴敌隆拌料毒诱、0.25%溴鼠灵拌料毒诱、0.1%敌鼠钠盐拌料毒诱、常规种植无处理对照,共设5个处理,试验重复3 a。结果表明,对照果园植株受害率为28.0%~32.0%,溴敌隆、溴鼠灵、敌鼠钠盐等3个拌料毒诱处理的受害率为11.8%~21.0%,矿泉水瓶套苗处理的受害率仅0.6%~1.2%;鼠害防效以矿泉水瓶套苗处理表现较好,与毒诱处理及对照相比差异显著;矿泉水瓶套苗防护还可避免传统毒饵制剂防鼠害造成的误杀益鸟畜禽及污染环境问题,可作为番木瓜果园鼠害无害化防治技术。Aiming at rat pest of papaya seedling in autumn,experiment of prevention and control of rat pest was conduct and no-pollution prevention and control techniques were discussed in papaya orchard. There were five treatments,including covering seedlings using plastic bottle,0.25% bromadiolone mixed with substrate as poison bait,0.25% brodifacoum mixed with substrate as poison bait,0.1% diphacinone mixed with substrate as poison bait,and common planting as control. Experiment was conducted in three consecutive years. The results showed that plant damage rate was 28.0%-32.0% in orchards as control while the rate was 11.8%-21.0% in orchards treated with bromadiolone,brodifacoum and diphacinone. Plant damage rate was only 0.6%-1.2% in orchards by covering seedlings using plastic bottle. Comprehensive performance by covering seedlings using plastic bottle was significantly better than that with three poison bait treatments. Moreover,covering seedlings using plastic bottle could avoid killing beneficial birds,livestock and poultry by mistake and environmental pollution caused by conventional bait,so it could be used as no-pollution prevention and control techniques in papaya orchard.
