摘 要:道路标线的路用性能和环保性是标线的重要性能,为了给标线选择时提供参考,对预成型标线和热熔标线进行了路用性能对比实验,并采用层次分析法对二者的环保性能进行综合评价。结果表明:通过浸泡实验证明该预成型标线能够满足耐水性以及耐碱性要求;通过构造深度以及摆式仪实验,得到黄色、白色预成型标线、热熔标线的平均抗滑值BPN分别为98、98、78.2,将结果与规定要求长效标线带A、B级抗滑的最小抗滑值对比,看出该预成型标线的抗滑性满足要求,且优于热熔标线;通过自动车辙实验,比较每次实验的标线磨耗量,发现预成型标线的耐磨性优于热熔标线,且与标线耐磨性标准相比,预成型标线符合标准规范要求。研究还发现预成型标线不管在重金属、二氧化碳排放、粉尘及噪声污染哪个方面,相较于热熔标线的优越性都非常显著。预成型标线的路用性能和环保性能相比于热熔标线都有显著的优势,因此在进行标线施划时应考虑采用预成型标线的可能性。The pavement performance and environmental protection of road markings are important properties of markings.In order to provide reference for the selection of markings,the pavement performance comparison experiment of preformed markings and hot-melt markings is carried out,and the environmental protection performance of them is analyzed by analytic hierarchy process.The results show that the preformed markings can meet the requirements of water resistance and alkali resistance;through the structure depth and pendulum experiment,the results are compared with the minimum anti sliding value of Grade A and B anti sliding of the long-term marking belt required by the regulations.It is seen that the preformed markings have high anti sliding performance;through the automatic rutting experiment,the wear amount of the marking before and after the experiment is compared.Compared with the wear resistance standard of the markings,it meets the requirements of the standard specification,which proves that the experimental marking has good wear resistance.The study also found that the preformed markings have significant advantages over the hot-melt marking in terms of heavy metal,carbon dioxide emission,dust and noise pollution.The pavement performance and environmental protection performance of preformed markings have significant advantages over hot-melt markings.Therefore,the possibility of using preformed markings should be considered when marking.
