摘 要:公共交通一体化是长三角一体化战略和高质量发展的必然要求。通过分析长三角地区公共交通相关政策和发展现状,结合京津冀地区、粤港澳大湾区的公共交通一体化发展举措对比,发现长三角地区公共交通一体化发展存在政策体制不完善、区域发展不平衡、基础设施综合衔接不畅等问题。为稳步推进长三角地区公共交通一体化发展,相关政策需完善和有力实施、区域性综合交通枢纽职能需进一步明确,需坚持因地制宜实现机制体制创新。The integration of public transportation is an inevitable requirement of the integration strategy and high-quality development of the Yangtze River Delta.Through the analysis of the current situation of public transport related policies and development in the Yangtze River Delta region,combined with the comparison of public transport integration development measures in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,it is found that there are problems such as imperfect policy system,unbalanced regional development,and poor comprehensive infrastructure connection in the integrated development of public transport in the Yangtze River Delta region.In order to steadily promote the integrated development of public transportation in the Yangtze River Delta region,relevant policies need to be improved and vigorously implemented,the function of regional comprehensive transportation hubs needs to be further clarified,and it is necessary to adhere to the innovation of mechanisms and systems according to local conditions.
