摘 要:我国小城镇作为城乡融合发展的纽带和实施乡村振兴、促进共同富裕的重要支撑,也应在能源利用领域系统性地正确运用合理技术,探索绿色低碳发展路径。本文从国际视角回顾了英国生态城镇的能源供应策略与相关技术,汇总了适宜中国小城镇应用的可再生能源与新能源利用技术,并在重庆市巴南区木洞镇等国家绿色低碳重点小城镇实地调研的成果基础上,探讨相关技术在具体实践中的应用情况,从而对我国小城镇的能源利用提出策略建议与绿色低碳技术推介。As a link of urban-rural integration as well as an important support for rural revitalization and common prosperity, small towns in China should also use reasonable technologies systematically and correctly in the field of energy utilization and explore the path of green and low-carbon development. In this paper, the energy supply strategies and related technologies of Eco-towns in the UK was reviewed from an international perspective, the renewable energy and new energy utilization technologies suitable for the application of small towns in China was summarized,and the application of related technology in concrete practice was discussed based on the results of field research in national key green and lowcarbon small towns such as Mudong Town, Banan District, Chongqing City. This paper put forward strategic suggestions and green and low-carbon technologies for energy utilization of small towns in China.
