摘　　要：光源里项目是首都核心区最大的棚户区改造项目,建设目标为打造北京市安全文明样板工地和建筑长城杯工程。基于项目地块多、单位多、劳务多和核心区安全、环保和质量的高标准要求,天恒集团在北京地区首次采用5G智慧工地管理系统,实现了5个地块、50家单位、5000名工人和50万方施工量的统一管理。系统采用五级管理架构,利用最新的大数据、网络视频技术,建立“1+5+N”的多业务平台,实现了工程管理的数字化、可视化、规范化、全程化和系统化。Guangyuanli Renovation Project is the largest shanty town renovation project in the capital’s core area, which aims to build a safe and civilized model construction site in Beijing and the Great Wall Cup Project. Because of the challenges of many project plots, units and labor services as well as the high standards of safety, environmental protection and quality in the core area, Tianheng group has adopted 5G intelligent construction site management system for the first time in Beijing, which realized centralized and unified safety management of more than 5 plots, 50 contractors,5,000 construction workers and 500,000 square meters of construction area. With the big data and network video technology, the system adopted a five-level intelligent construction site management framework with a "1+5+N" multi-service platform and modules,which has realized the digitalization, visualization, standardization, whole process and systematization of project management.
